- Basic usage data (login timestamps, profile updates)
- IP address and browser type for security purposes
We do not collect payment card information directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

- SendGrid — email delivery service. Your email address and digest content are transmitted through SendGrid's infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing. Handles billing information for paid subscriptions.
- DigitalOcean — cloud hosting. Your data is stored on DigitalOcean servers located in the United States.
- OpenAI — AI summarization. Contract text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate plain-English summaries. We do not send personally identifiable information to OpenAI.
- Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes (typically 7 years for billing records).

- Unsubscribe: Every digest email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also manage email preferences from your account dashboard.
